Sustainability

At Alltime, we have a mission to take care of our most important everyday built environments. This comes with a responsibility to do so in a sustainable way.

Alltime’s sustainability efforts take into account our environmental, social, economic and governance-related sustainability impacts throughout our value chain. This means for example that we consider Scope 1, Scope 2, as well as Scope 3 upstream and downtream emissions in our CO2 reporting, as well as social and governance impacts beyond our own immediate operations.

Sustainability review

Alltime published its 2025 sustainability highlights review in May 2026. You can find an overview of our Alltime’s group development and sustainability performance in 2025 from the review, as well as stories that illustrate our progress in practice.

Double Materiality Assessment

Alltime’s Double Materiality Assessment (DMA) was performed for the first time in late 2024 and is annually reviewed for updates. It is part of Alltime’s preparation for EU’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), and provides background for material topics on which Alltime’s sustainability reporting and actions are focused on. The DMA covers Alltime’s full value chain and evaluated both the company’s impacts on the environment and society, as well as the financial risks and opportunities arising from sustainability matters.

The results highlight climate change, own workforce, consumers and end-users, and business conduct as Alltime’s most material sustainability areas. Across these themes, particular emphasis was placed on employee working conditions and safety, climate change mitigation—especially related to fleet operations—and the safety and reliability of services delivered to customers and end-users. While certain topics, such as biodiversity, were not identified as material from a risk perspective, they remain relevant through Alltime’s service offering—particularly in green area services that may contribute to biodiversity enhancement and carbon sequestration—and are considered in the continuous development of the business.

Value chain framework

Our double materiality assessment, in preparation for the European Commission’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting (CSRD), was performed in the context of our value chain. It gives an overview of our operating environment, as well as key inputs and outputs of our operations.
