We at Alltime are a diverse group of people, with tens of different mother tongues and various backgrounds. In practice, this is advanced through ensuring we act in accordance with our values and code of conduct, and by various forums and spaces for open expression and participation. We also provide ways to report discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behavior anonymously, ensuring the anonymity of the person giving feedback.

Agile and customer-centric organisation

Agility is one of our core values, which shows from individual-level decision-making to organisational design, which should always support our desired way-of-working and behaviors. Our flat organisation structure aims to empower employees to make decisions independently at every level.

In addition to avoiding heavy organisational hierarchy, organisational agility means that we organise our operations to meet changing customer needs and incorporate new businesses. For example, Alltime Finland changed its organisation structure to a business area model in early 2022, which served the growth ambitions and needs for that time. After significant growth into new geographical areas, it opted a more area-based structure, with property, facility and cleaning services working as more integrated teams. This in turn is more scalable to new geographical areas and supports operational excellence through the synergies of the different businesses.
