Alltime Finland has been chosen as the property maintenance services provider at Turku’s Kulttuuriranta (Cultural Shoreline) landmark district. Service delivery began in June. The agreement runs until 31 August 2028 and includes an option for a further two years.
Under the contract, Alltime is responsible for the operation, maintenance and servicing of the technical building systems, as well as the upkeep of outdoor areas, at the properties comprising the Kulttuuriranta district. These include the Turku City Theatre, Music Centre Fuuga, the Wäinö Aaltonen Museum and the Kulttuurikuja car park.
Alltime has previously been responsible for property services at the Turku City Theatre. The new agreement expands the partnership to include several landmark properties within the Kulttuuriranta district.
“The Kulttuuriranta properties are an important part of Turku’s identity, and we are honoured to help ensure their smooth day-to-day operation. This partnership allows us to combine our professionals’ strong expertise in technical property maintenance and the upkeep of outdoor areas,” says Sari Silén, Area Director, Western Finland.
