Alltime has signed an agreement to acquire the property and cleaning services businesses of Arkea Oy. The combined annual net sales of the acquired businesses is approximately 15 million euros.
The transaction is subject to approval by the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority (KKV). Following approval, the planned closing date for the transaction is July 1, 2024. Upon completion, Arkea’s property and cleaning services operations, employing approximately 400 people, will become part of Alltime, forming its new regional unit in Western Finland. Alltime has no existing operations in this area.

Following the completion of the transaction, Alltime’s workforce in Finland will more than double. Alltime Group will employ approximately 1,000 people across Finland and Sweden, with an estimated pro forma annual net sales of almost 90 million euros.
