Our cleaning services are an important part of our service portfolio, and increasingly often we clean the same properties where we provide maintenance services. This makes things simple for our customers, who have one point of contact and partner who works as one team to keep their premises in shape.

Industrial cleaning
Industrial cleaning is one of our core competences, as we have years of experience from challenging environments, such as mines and productions facilities. The common denominator in these long partnerships is extremely high customer satisfaction, with NPS over +60.
Industrial areas are always environments with extremely high safety standards, which means our processes are adjusted to these requirements. As safe and smooth operations are business-critical to our customers, our work is even more about ensuring safety than comfort—slippery surfaces, dust and foreign objects in the wrong places can pose significant health hazards.
Residential buildings
Many of our cleaning services customers are residential buildings—either commercial property owners, public owners or housing cooperatives. We typically use floor scrubbers and other machines to keep stairways and halls clean. Some cleaning contracts include supplementary services, such as moving cleaning and apartment inspections. Our focus and expertise is in maximizing synergies with our maintenance business, which is why we currently do not focus on home cleaning services for private homes.
The exception to this is our Green Clean brand in Sweden, which has a differing brand strategy to separate its positioning from the rest of our services. Green Clean provides ecological, chemical-free home cleaning services with also extremely high customer satisfaction.
Office cleaning services
With our flexible office cleaning, you get a clean and well-maintained workplace tailored to your needs. Our customer decides how often and when the cleaning is done, what is the desired level of cleanliness and what services are included.
For many of our customers, we also offer additional services contributing to a pleasant workplace, such as refilling coffee machines, dishwashers and taking care of the office plants. This can be further complemented with facility maintenance services to offer an integrated facility service.
Public and special buildings
We service a diverse portfolio of different public spaces and special buildings, which require their own expertise. These includes public tenders for cities and municipalities, as well as building owners and other commercial customers. Some of the building types we have as our customers are:
- Swimming facilities and spas
- Commercial buildings, such as shopping centres, car dealers and market halls
- Hotels
- Theatres
A large amount of people as well as strict hygiene and cleanliness requirements mean that cleaning services are tailored to the specific needs of each facility.
Our customers
Boliden Kevitsa’s mine near Sodankylä, Northern Finland, is one of our longest customer relationships. We are responsible for the cleanliness of the dozens of buildings in the area, ranging from production facilities to dressing rooms and office spaces to restaurants.
Bilkompaniet is a Swedish car dealership, where we keep the floors and windows shining. Keeping the area attractive is important for the overall customer experience.
These modern office facilities in Gävle, Sweden, offer homelike working spaces for its users. Alltime provides comprehensive cleaning, including supportive services.
Smurfit Kappa is a leader in sustainable packaging solutions, manufacturing for example cardboard packaging in their Gävle production facility. This is an industrial area with high safety requirements, where we take care of all cleaning services.
