Whistleblow – Speak up channel
Alltime is committed to ethical and sustainable business practices. We take seriously any illegal, unethical or other actions that do not meet our code of conduct and policies. If you have a reasonable suspicion of such acitivities, we urge you to bring it to our attention.


When to speak up?
It is important that our employees, customers, partners and other stakeholders can bring up suspicious activities. When possible, we encourage you to first attempt to raise the issue with your manager or contact. If this is not possible, you can submit your suspicion through our Whistleblow channel. This is an external channel provided by an independent third party service provider, Easywhistle Oy.
We urge you to bring to our attention for suspicions related to for example:
- Violations of fundamental human rights
- Corruption, bribery or fraudulent activities
- Situations involving conflicts of interest
- Cartels or other unlawful cooperation with competitors
- Workplace misconduct, including discrimination and harassment
- Breaches of data privacy regulations
- Errors or falsifications in financial records
- Non-compliance with environmental laws
- Activities related to money laundering
All submitted suspicions will be investigated confidentially according to our policies. Only those necessary for conducting the investigation will be informed about it.
Whistleblowing channel
Alltime Group’s Whistleblowing channel is:
- Open 24/7 for both employees and external parties.
- Available in English, Finnish and Swedish, allowing reports to be submitted in any language in the countries where we operate
- Overseen by Alltime’s Group leadership team, separate from business units and local decision-making, ensuring impartial investigations.
Please note that the whistleblowing process is not intended for:
- Making knowingly false accusations
- Commercial inquiries or customer complaints, which should be submitted through our Finland and Sweden country sites
- Situations posing an immediate risk to life or property – emergency services should be contacted instead
- Employment-related grievances that do not fall under the scope of whistleblowing
- Resolving personal disputes.
