Alltime Finland has been selected as Avain Asunnot’s service partner following a competitive tendering process for property services. Avain Asunnot is part of the Avain Yhtiöt Oy group, a Finnish real estate investment company that specialises in the production, development and construction of housing and housing services. The contract covers a broad range of property maintenance and cleaning services.
The cooperation covers property maintenance at 43 properties and cleaning services at 36 sites in the Helsinki metropolitan area, Kempele and Kirkkonummi. Service delivery started on 1 October.

Avain Asumisoikeus Oy and Avain Yhtiöt Oy jointly own more than 12,000 right-of-occupancy, rental and service housing units across more than 380 properties in Finland.
