On April 26, 2024, Alltime announced its agreement to acquire the property and cleaning services businesses of Arkea Oy. The transaction required approval from the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority (KKV). On May 6, 2024, KKV announced its approval of the acquisition, with the transaction set to be closed on July 1, 2024. During the closing date, the acquired businesses will become part of Alltime, and form its new Western Finland area organization. Thereby Alltime will be able to serve property and cleaning services customers in the Turku region starting from July.
