Alltime Finland has been awarded two notable green services contracts in the Tampere region. The company launched its expanded green services offering in 2025 through a pilot project with Ideapark Lempäälä, which won the Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre’s sustainability competition. The new contracts represent a continuation of increasing market demand.
In Tampere, Alltime was awarded a contract by Tampereen Infra for the control of harmful invasive species for the period 2026–2028. The contract is valued at approximately EUR 100,000 per year and includes, among others, the environmental management of invasive plant species. The work will be carried out mechanically, without the use of pesticides, across multiple sites throughout the city.
The Municipality of Pirkkala has, in turn, selected Alltime as its partner for green space maintenance of public properties. The agreement covers grounds maintenance at municipal facilities such as day-care centres, schools, a health centre and a residential care facility.
“The importance of biodiversity considerations in property services continues to increase. This is clearly reflected in growing interest and awareness across both the public and private sectors. For example, the Tampere Infra service package will significantly contribute to the control of invasive species and thereby improve the living conditions of native species at a local level,” says Noora Raitanen, Supervisor, Green Space Maintenance at Alltime Finland.
