Alltime Group has published its 2024 sustainability highlights review. This marks Alltime’s first public release detailing its strategic development and sustainability performance. The review includes Alltime’s key developments in 2024 and selected sustainability highlights in environmental, social, governance-related, and economic topics.

Sustainability as a growth strategy component

“In addition to inorganic growth, Alltime achieved about 10% organic growth in 2024. As our business continues to grow, so does the need to convey more information publicly about our development and governance. Our first sustainability highlights release is a milestone in increasing the transparency of our operations. While we are not subject to mandatory sustainability reporting requirements at the moment, our goal is to develop our reporting capabilities in this direction to serve our customers and other stakeholders,” says Juha Murtopuro, Group CEO.

“We aim to continuously develop our sustainability reporting readiness and capabilities in supporting our customers in achieving their own ESG targets through, for example, launching new services. Thank you to everyone at our Group and country organisations in Finland and Sweden, who have contributed to sharing this progress in our first sustainability review,” Antti Kalske, Chief Marketing, Communications and Sustainability Officer, commented.

Key events in 2024

Some of the most notable events in 2024 included obtaining ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certifications in Finland to complement the existing RALA certification, simplifying the legal entity structure in Sweden and Finland, launching the Alltime Academy learning platform in Finland, and rebranding Alltime Sweden. Alltime also completed its double materiality assessment and enhanced its sustainability reporting, including subcontractor emissions in its Scope 3 emissions for the first time, sharing new health and safety KPIs, and calculating its tax footprint.

Alltime Group delivered on its strategy plans and took important steps towards reaching its vision of becoming a Nordic leader in maintaining built environments in 2024. Alltime’s growth continued both organically, with approximately 10% organic growth, and inorganically through acquisitions, reaching statutory net sales of about 80 million euros (49 million euros) and pro forma net sales of about 88 million euros.

Inorganic growth continued through the successful completion of acquisitions in Finland, namely Arkea Oy’s facility and cleaning services businesses and Tampereen Talopalvelut Oy, providing access to the Turku and Tampere regions. After these acquisitions Alltime has over 1000 professionals in Finland and Sweden.
