Alltime Sweden has renewed its facility management services contract with Eurocommercial Properties for Valbo Shopping Centre in Gävle, Sweden, following a competitive tender process. The new agreement extends a successful partnership that has been in place for the past five years.

Under the contract, Alltime will continue to provide facility management and technical facility maintenance services for one of the region’s leading retail destinations.

“What we value most about Alltime’s service delivery is their presence in day-to-day operations and proactive way of working. They stay one step ahead by identifying needs early and acting quickly whenever something arises. For us, it is essential that our retail property is perceived as well maintained, safe and attractive. Alltime contributes to this through high quality, a strong service mindset and professional interactions with both visitors and tenants,” says Anette Lättman, Centre Manager at Valbo Shopping Centre.

The partnership will continue to focus on supporting the shopping centre’s development through proactive facility management, sustainability and an excellent customer experience.

Alltime has signed an agreement with HomeMaid AB on 26 May to sell the assets of Green Clean Sverige AB, Alltime’s only remaining private home cleaning business operating in Gävle, Sweden. The business generates annual net sales of approximately SEK 5 million (about EUR 0.5 million) and has about 10 employees.

Completion is scheduled for 1 June 2026. The acquisition will be carried out as a cash transaction for a purchase price amounting to SEK 2.1 million (about EUR 0.2 million).

Both HomeMaid and Green Clean Sverige AB place a high value on service quality and employment conditions. HomeMaid’s ambition is to continue operating the business in the same positive spirit as before.

“Alltime’s strategy is to become a leading Nordic company focusing on commercial, public and housing association customers, which made it a natural step to find a new owner for our only remaining B2C business. HomeMaid meets the criteria we had for finding an owner with strong industry knowledge, experience, and similar values who can continue to operate and develop the business in a positive way,” says Björn Wiktorsson, CEO of Green Clean Sverige AB, part of Alltime Sweden.

“Through this acquisition, HomeMaid is taking another important step in executing its growth strategy. Gävle is an important city for us, and the combination with Green Clean strengthens our presence in the city. We look forward to continuing the high level of service delivered by Green Clean Sverige AB. With skilled employees and an understanding of each customer’s expectations, we have the best possible conditions to achieve this. HomeMaid North Regional Manager Johan Kullander and his team in Gävle look forward to further developing the business together with customers and employees,” says Stefan Högkvist, CEO, HomeMaid AB.

Alltime in brief

Alltime Group’s vision is to become a Nordic leader in maintaining built environments. We aim to provide customers with peace of mind through our proactive and caring approach in property maintenance, cleaning services and infrastructure maintenance. Our over 1,000 employees in Finland and Sweden ensure smooth and safe everyday life by taking care of properties, urban areas and waterways. Alltime Group is owned by MB Funds, a Finnish private equity firm, together with key employees.

Alltime’s Swedish subsidiary Alltime Sverige AB has acquired Fastighetsmästaren Supply AB, a facility management services provider in Northern Sweden, to support its growth in the region. The acquisition strengthens Alltime Sweden’s existing operations with over 30 employees.

Fastighetsmästaren Supply, founded in 2017, is a well-established service provider in the Kiruna and Gällivare area. It is a full-service facility management partner, with a wide service portfolio consisting of for example facility maintenance, technical services and HVAC, financial management services, cleaning and various support services. In 2024, its net sales were approximately SEK 50 million (about EUR 4.5 million).

“Expanding our operations in a fast-growing and changing region, as well as gaining highly skilled new colleagues through the acquisition is fantastic. We will do our utmost to continue delivering at least the same level of quality to Fastighetsmästaren Supply’s existing customers. Growing our business in Sweden through both acquisitions and organic development is an important step in Alltime’s continued growth journey,” says Carl Wiktorsson, CEO, Alltime Sweden.

“Fastighetsmästaren Supply AB began as a service organisation for my other business interests, but over the years it has developed and grown, not only internally but above all together with external customers. Against this background, I see a sale to an established partner as a natural next step in the company’s development. Alltime and Fastighetsmästaren Supply share both a long-term perspective and high quality standards, which made Alltime a natural future owner. It will be exciting to see the journey ahead,” says Magnus Bäcktorp, Chairman of the Board, Fastighetsmästaren Supply.

“Following the acquisition, we have a uniquely strong offering in the northern parts of both Sweden and Finland, where Alltime’s history is also deeply rooted. Accelerating our inorganic growth in Sweden has been one of our key priorities, which also supports our organic growth,” remarks Juha Murtopuro, CEO, Alltime Group.

Alltime Group’s Swedish subsidiary Alltime Sverige AB has acquired Egendomsentreprenad B&L AB, a small property maintenance company based in Gävle. The acquisition complements Alltime Sweden’s already strong presence in Gävle, and signals the start of accelerated inorganic growth in Sweden.

”I would like to welcome our new customers and colleagues to Alltime. After focusing on organically growing and developing our business for the past 1,5 years, we are now in a good position for inorganic growth. Acquiring Egendomsentreprenad B&L is a good start for us on that front, and I look forward to continuing M&A activities in line with our strategy,” says Carl Wiktorsson, CEO, Alltime Sweden.

Egendomsentreprenad B&L currently serves especially housing cooperatives and other residential customers in the Gävle area. It is currently owned by Mbproperty AB, not to be confused with Alltime Group’s majority owner MB Funds.
